      Sometimes your excluded from business engagements due to being in support even though your role is very customer facing.

      Excellent Training Team

      Pros

      Fully remote work with great technology. Leadership in the training department is phenomenal.

      Cons

      Questionable decisions in upper management when it comes to employee pay. Made employees take a 20% pay cut for two months during Covid.
