I worked there for about 2.5 year... not much +ves that I can think of

Cons

* no focus on quality.. just margins..exploits their customers at times * No career growth. good for a year if you dont have anything else to do * HR is a joke on the profession itself

Pros

Great peers to work with, some of the most talented in the industry. They take a nurturing and mentoring approach to technical skills growth and spend a long time bringing people up to speed. This is a good thing, because they have the 25th largest enterprise system in the world -- highly complex and a HUGE learning curve.

Cons

They lack proper training for developers to come up to speed for such a large system; although, I got an inkling as I was leaving that they were considering changing their approach.
