Pros

Always had resources available for training whether onsite or remote. Teams were Assigned based on expertise.

Cons

Not everyone was always a team player. This is not specific to Verint per se however, they were slow in discovering the weak links and addressing the issues.

Working here is a great place to learn where team and management always have your back no matter what is the situation. Team is always taken care of.

Cons

Not a such still everyone has a space to improve, that keeps us going.
