Pros

Great co-workers. Everyone does seem to care for one another. Good benefit package available. Allowed to work from remote offices

Cons

You can get lost in the mix with all of the changes they are always going through. Seems to high a high turn-over lately. Vision of the company seems to be losing focus of their employees. At times, training is an after thought.

Pros

Company treats employees extremely well. Better than industry compensation, respect for work-personal life balance and good values. Markets for products are very good and strategy is well aligned to take advantage of big data and customer experience markets. If you work hard and are engaged in company you have great opportunity to grow. The combination of legacy and new leaders is starting to pay off.

Cons

Company needs to invest more in systems. Systems are antiquated and need to be completely overhauled. Benefits are average at best.
