      Good job experience for beginners in Israeli Hi-Tech.

      Cons

      Too big company, a lot of managers above, decisions are took very slowly, difficult to find somebody who was responsible for parts of old projects, difficult to be promoted.

      Management is clueless about their staff, Only the right manager will allow you to be successful Everyone that I knew would 'joke' about being let go.You will never know why, how or who will get canned.
