Beginning salary was excellent. Enjoyable company, people, and atmosphere. Learning the products was challenging, but rewarding. Bonuses
Cons
Future opportunities are zero. Company produces a profit every year, however bonuses have been reduced to almost nothing. Equal pay for equal work is no existing with this company. Way too many management changes. Less focus now on fixing things and more on Sales, Acronyms, and the Pitch to potential clients. They have become a sale oriented company only. They let go many very good and knowledgeable employees.
