Unmotivating

Pros

Used to be good work life balance - not anymore

Cons

Work is uninspiring and the organizational structure is highly hierarchical, with power concentrated among upper management. Accountability for failures tends to fall on lower-level employees. Building relationships with senior executives is essential for success and job security; those who cannot navigate this dynamic may struggle to remain with the company. Additionally, the company has now mandated a return to the office for two days a week, despite previously promising employees that remote work would continue.

Pros

- Pay was good when I was hired - Decent work/life balance

Cons

- Internal politics - Pray you get a good manager - They're bringing workers back to the office. Meanwhile senior directors and those higher up maintain WFH status
