Pros

Company has great products and technology. It's pleasure working with smart people. In my team we are always motivated to think outside the box. Analysis is done to the deepest level and technical brainstorming is thorough. Detailed planning is expected from every member of the team. Apart from great learning opportunity, company provides great benefits. Flexible work hours, best work-life balance, on-site 24x7 full fledged gym facility with instructor training, in campus basket ball, tennis courts, great location in Reston.

Cons

Due to cut throat competition among team members, everyone tries to please the supervisor leading to politics and favoritism. Higher management encourages to identify 2 champions per team and feed them with all accolades. This leads to complacency of top 2 and demoralization of other team members. Some managers are very macro managers and don't take critics positively. other cons: Very slow promotion, if you are in good book you will be promoted irrespective of your skills, talent; many deserving good engineers leave due to no promotion.

Pros

Great health benefits Subsidized food Full-size gym Great technology Great Resources

Cons

The Security division is like a ship without sails, a rudder, and a mast. Come to think of it, it's just a wooden bucket with too many holes. Management relays cryptic messages through proxies; leaving employees guessing as to their standing with management. This is a terrible practice. Morale is non-existent. Drama rules the floor. Favoritism and nepotism run rampant. Two or three VP's came through in a year's time. Constant regime change. Everyone is too frozen with fear to accomplish anything.Dead weight is kept on. Top talent leaves continuously when they discover what a show this place is. Leaders openly state they have no idea what they're doing. Compensation is a joke.

Pros

It used to be flexibility and work life balance. But now, I don’t know

Cons

Do you like sitting in a gray cube for no reason. Then this is the right place for you. We just had to return to the office 2 days a week and every one is miserable. The mood is at an all time low, esp when considering bigwigs don’t have to come in. We worked from home for 5 years and now this.
