Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to be. I've worked here for 4 years and would be happy to spend several more. They value their employees and working in insurance software is a very stable place to be. When the market was looking shaky when the pandemic first struck they were very forth coming that no one would be let go.
Cons
Sometimes it feels a bit "corporate", meaning less flexible in atmosphere. There's like 30 jumps in authority from me till you get to the CEO (I'm exaggerating, but not but a lot). Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just depends on what kind of atmosphere you like.
