Pros
I love the fact that we have lots of team activities. The job is also pretty laid back.
Cons
I feel like I'm in an environment that does not encourage learning. We are not encouraged to find technical ways of testing, like automation, SQL, performance testing, or security testing. It seems like we're discouraged from becoming more valuable by learning these things, but then we're not valued because we don't have those skills.
