To start, I'm unsure what contractor the company uses to inundate Glassdoor reviews with one-sentence, 5-star reviews. However, anyone who works here and pays attention to how the company operates knows it's far from a 3.9 review.
This company demonstrates all that is wrong with corporate America.
Hiring freezes and quiet layoffs across the business without restructuring goals and workload.
Continuous expectations for employees to take on more and more, with "Leadership" taking on most of the STI bucket for themselves and their favorites. Then, communicating that the business didn't meet its goals, so bonuses aren't fully funded.
"Leaders" get promotions with known serious ER cases in their files or drive a function into the ground.
Known for below-market salaries but brags about DEI efforts, further perpetuating POC's and Women's pay inequality.
Lack of skilled managers, directors, etc. Directors can't even have a simple performance conversation, let alone advocate for their teams. How they get the roles? We'll never know.
Last but not least, it's desperate to be considered a tech company, but its resource mgmt, processes, policies, and technology across the business are outdated. They still haven't figured out their bad practices come from the continuance of hiring from the insurance & finance industries, which have difficulty attracting/maintaining its talent, and are historically known for their toxic culture.
