      Great teammates and managers. Recession-proof industry. Challenging problems to solve but a team that works hard to solve them. Help is always available.

      Cons

      Old technology stack and Verisk is process heavy. Change is slow coming but it is coming.

      Good people that work hard and help each other

      Cons

      No one is held accountable, people that do no work at all get covered by management even if you report them with evidence. Leads not doing their work and even if reported, nothing changes. Really bad management.
