Pros

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work Toxic work culture Bad communication culture No growth Promotions very rare. Once in 6/7 years if you’re lucky. Yes your hard work doesn’t matter. Luck matters here more. No team culture. Senior team members has all the say. You cannot expect to bring ideas to the table. It will be shot down immediately. You cannot expect earn more working two gig jobs than one full time position at Verisk
