Work-Life balance is great Remote work is awesome Everyone including management has been so nice and helpful Senior Management holds townhalls and even Q&A sessions

The pay is a little on the lower side but the culture and everything else makes up for it.

Pros

Incredible ability to drive and grow your career. The learning resources and mentor program are second to none. The care comes from the top down. I haven't had a leader that doesn't care about our work community. Our CEO is a really nice person. Tons of perks: 2 Wellness days are offered on top of our already robust holiday and PTO offerings. The benefits are good - health care and 401K matching are better than other companies. I can see myself having a wonderful career here.

Cons

Entry-level pay is tough and many entry-level people have 2nd jobs.
