Pros

Rock solid WLB and benefits. Definitely a "hidden gem" in that regards. Verisk is full of incredibly smart, talented, and kind people. Very stable company to work for in a dynamic labor market.

Cons

Compensation is below market average and does not adequately adjust for cost of living in different areas. Great company if you need to drop of the kids for school every day, not so much if you want to hustle.
