      Just the salary and flexibility in terms of work location.

      Cons

      Unprofessional upper management. Neck deep work pressure No stability . You could be asked to leave , in case you miss dead lines. No employment benefits. The company does not encourage third party certifications. Disrespectful colleagues. Every one around tries to prove superior to one another.

      Work culture is pretty good enough, medium work life balance

      Cons

      Salary is very less, you get responsibilities sooner but wont get corresponding salary benefits. Some VPs are so cheap, they try to hire you for very less salary
