      Pros

      Verisk really does focus on helping those impacted by property damage get back to a normal life as quick as possible. As long as things are lined up and we know who will cover it, they're fine if we take 2-3 weeks off for longer trips. Work and life are pretty easy to balance out.

      Cons

      The need to deliver quickly has them making organizational changes frequently and the lack of an effective change management plan causes many people to sit for months not truly understanding their responsibilities or for what they are actually accountable.
