      The job itself is ok. The people are great

      Cons

      Forced return to office and no benefits to being in the office. Morale has completely tanked due to this. Completely burned out and no one in management cares.

      The 2022/2023 bloodbath across the insurance division was indiscriminate and bodes ill for future direction. New folks will have a lot of learning to do.

      Overall good company but processes sucks

      Pros

      Use of latest and greatest technology. Get a day in a week to work from home.

      Cons

      Not a very good appraisal process. Setting up year end goals and objectives has no meaning. Your faith is completely decided by your manager, even if you are outstanding no one cares until your manager sets you up for success. Employees don't even know who the HR is and they are completely controlled by higher executives. Salaries and benefits are much lower than the market.
