      +Great people to work with +Flexible working practices +Summertime means there is an ice cream machine in the office and you get to leave 2 hours early every Friday +Sponsorship for further qualifications is available +Pay

      Cons

      -The company is a bit siloed. Many product teams do not know each other or understand what other products do -Company structure unclear. It doesn't impact your day to day but it makes it harder to understand who you ultimately work for and where you fit in -Work can be a bit chaotic and lack structure sometimes. This can be frustrating when working between developers, product owners and other business analysts. Especially when working on interconnected pieces of work and where there is a lack of a well thought out central system or document to allow other members to stay aware of other interconnected material changes -Resource can sometimes be challenging

      There are some wonderful hardworking people who continue to stick it out

      After 8 years at the company I moved on for better pay and opportunities; my manager didn't say goodbye, or sign my card.
