There are still some nice people although a lot were fired or left in the past year.

Cons

Terrible compensation, management refuses to adjust yearly increases despite inflation. Many people are handed extra responsibilities (especially after layoffs & terminations) with little to no increase in salary or title. Very stingy attitude towards promotions.
