      Pros

      - Base salary for fresh graduates is really high compared to other IT companies in Nepal. - Attractive benefits - You learn a lot - Work culture is really good - Friendly Environment

      Cons

      - You have to work 12-9 shifts if you were to work on projects. (Of course, you will be paid extra for it) - 9 hours of work per day is kinda hectic
