Cons

Pay could be better, but ok. Some decisions made top-down, some coordination could be improved.

* Allows for work life balance. * As of 2025, only 2 days WFO & rest 3 are WFH * Consistent increment

Cons

* Not much growth, if you aren't proactive yourself * Managers generally don't communicate often. (But it's required by the company) Probably because they are afraid you're going to ask for a better raise
