Pros

Great 401K matching (up to 6%), interesting yet challenging work, and exit opportunities. They will contribute up to $40K if you decide to pursue a masters degrees and they provide tons of other learning resources (programming language demos, data visualization software courses, etc) for you to learn for free. Most teams are very laidback- you can wear casual attire/sneakers to the office, great flexibility on daily working start/end time, and currently implementing a hybrid office schedule.

Cons

The company often adopts new programs/processes to keep things new and improve efficiency, which you will have to adapt to. Like any big company, there can also be some bureaucracy.
