      Good culture but takes advantage of workers

      Pros

      Overall the company is decent place to work. Good benefits and interesting work depending on what you are doing. Work/Life balance is very good (for the most part).

      Cons

      Pay and salary increases tend to not be on par for insurance and technology industries. They will pile on responsibilities and it is hard to get rewarded. HR department does a pretty bad job with yearly increases / performance management. Favoritism is rampant. Ton of good people are leaving.

      Pros

      The team I was on was super helpful and tried their best to make you feel included. The company culture in general is very nice and the company has many perks. You learn a lot about all kinds of things insurance related.

      Cons

      The salary is below average and bonus is very low. The work can get very tedious and better training needs to be provided. During the pandemic more team building things should take place to keep communication up. Maybe even turn on cameras to have a better sense of community.
