Middle management are toxic and hide mentally unhealthy working requirements. A hostile work environment is created and facilitated by operating units within divisions being very detached with little oversight. Insults and yelling, unethical requests about health information from managers. Being on PTO was never actual time off as middle managers have zero respect for your time. Requesting use of PTO was met with a sense of guilt for using the time you earned.

Throughout the company, upper management was not transparent to employees. They would not be honest about hiring, and would create lies when letting people go. The also promote people who do not deserve the promotion and pass over people who do. The do not care if you are over worked.
