Pros

Verisk really supports my role, helping me to expand my career prospects and my purchasing knowledge has increased immensely since I joined almost 2 years ago. The company encourage creativity and are always open to new strategies and ideas and they also offer many learning opportunities.

Cons

The downside is there can be really busy periods and deadlines to meet, but I wouldn't really call this a downside as it is natural to have these times and although pressure increases there is still support and help where needed and we work together as a team to achieve the results needed.

Great place to work with amazing culture - wellbeing days off; pizza tuesdays; karaoke and drinks thrusdays & early finish summers + summer self-serve icecream machine. People - people are amazing and always happy to help; and there is recognition for people who do good things. Management Support - I can only speak from my experience, but the management team have been highly supportive of me and my challenges as well as allowing me freedom to change and improve the things that I can. Generally, feedback is received well and actions are taken to improve.

Cons

Workload - I feel like we have more work than we can cope with.
