Cons

* Not much growth, if you aren't proactive yourself * Managers generally don't communicate often. (But it's required by the company) Probably because they are afraid you're going to ask for a better raise

Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and the culture I've experienced has generally been very positive. I've personally had good managers that have given me a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Verisk is conglomeration of lots of companies brought together under one roof via acquisition. Processes kind of suck in various parts of the company. And there are way too many cooks in the kitchen.
