Pros

My experience has been filled with working on exciting products, and with great coworkers! I have worked here for over 10 years and continue to remain because of the environment and the people who I work with. I feel that people support and uplift each other, are welcome to different opinions and solutions.

Cons

There are many products with legacy code that are in need to update, but because the industry we cater to is strapped with legal (state and federal) requirements, as well as a depth of historical documentation, and red-tape, it can be challenging to shift or move our products into a modern framework, ditching the legacy code behind. But it's certainly in the works and we have many products that have been built from scratch with modern and relevant frameworks.

Pros

Work-life balance refers to the harmony between professional responsibilities and personal life activities. New learning involves the process of acquiring knowledge, skills, or insights in areas that are unfamiliar or less explored

Cons

The hike was disappointing. There is a lot of team disconnection due to the team being spread across different countries.
