Overall, a good company to work for. Flexible work arrangements for the most part. Leadership is strong.

Cons

Company needs to mature digitally. Too many silos, individual investments across the entire enterprise. No sense of leveraging platforms more widely. Processes are mired in Waterfall (even though they say they are agile).
