coworkers are great, benefits are ok

Cons

Poor management, they're very cliquish and constantly kiss up to their seniors. Poor pay, not at all competitive. There are also a lot of layoffs. There is a policy of getting rid of "overpriced" US staff in favor of discounted overseas staff in Nepal and India. HR is a joke, I'm not even sure who my rep is supposed to be, they don't have anything to do with the people. Don't waste your time here, I've stayed too long time to move on.

Good pay, great benefits, PTO, insurance, etc. Great work-life balance

Cons

The new CEO has been forcing everyone to the office so the did away with permanent WFH, so it's not as competitive anymore. That real estate needs to be filled with bodies.
