Pros

Remote work so doesn't have to work as hard. You get to talk to the CEO that is obsessed with himself, he will ping anyone at any time, hopefully he will learn to focus on strategy and leadership instead of ego boosting.

Cons

- Low compensation -Benefits are not good -Shady practices- its healthcare, so a lot of things that they're doing are not legit. -Feels like I'm back at high school drama - C-Suite level have crazy egos and just focusing on how to have more power rather than listen to clients -No leadership, the VC company are running them like puppets.

Working from home, good entry level release of information position, LOTS OF PIZZA PARTIESSS!!!! They are desperate for employees so they most likely will hire you,

Cons

benefits (super high deductible, amount taken out each week is crazy high) , the manager of my department is the worst boss ive ever had she loves to micromanage everything, you will make about as much as someone working for McDonalds. Raises are like a quarter a year if you're lucky (which are not guaranteed) If you accidentally have 1 UAD (sending out wrong patient records) a year it can prevent you from getting a raise. Advocate for high pay when you get hired because once you're hired you may never get a pay increase again.
