Remote, work from home - little to no communication from supervisors if you aren't in their time zone or on their favorites list. Training is an Event, not a process.

Working from home, low stress, do not have to talk to clients or customers

Cons

Pay is about the same as a fry cook in Syracuse. Raises are Like 0.07 cents a year if you get one. You’re better off working here for 1-2 years get experience then transfer to upstate or a different medical record company
