Great UK team, supportive of each other.

Cons

In their quest for growth and expansion into Europe, senior leaders have not done due diligence in acquisitions or managed the merge into company, not looked after existing customer base which has had predictable results and not cared for staff via their compensation or their further development. Many talented people are now plying their trade elsewhere in the industry

Department teams were awesome, people in my team were very supportive and helpful.

Cons

upper management forcing people out of their jobs, laying off experienced people as we "could not afford them" at the same time as announcing new acquisitions. they have their priorities backwards.
