Thank you for the feedback. We are dedicated to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for all of our employees so it is disappointing to hear about some of your experiences. All feedback is valuable and feedback like yours will contribute to our focus on improving over time, but we would like to address a couple of your specific concerns in the short term. First, Veristat is continually improving employee benefits as it expands. In 2016 we began covering 100% of employees’ life insurance, and short and long term disability insurance. As of the date of your review, Veristat’s 401k match is 25% up to 6% of deferrals. We have had plans in the works for several months to enhance this offering in 2017 thanks to employee feedback like yours. Second, Veristat is the first to admit that it runs lean. This is enticing to many on our teams because it means they get exposure to multiple therapeutic areas. Employees also enjoy that in a lean environment they have the opportunity to expand their skillset and truly impact the success of the Company.
