-Base pay was decent and fully remote position -unlimited PTO (in USA)

Cons

-Benefits were overall expensive, no 401k match for 9 months after start of employment and even then it is only 50% match. -Upper Management seemed out of touch with overall market trends, setting goals that were extremely high even though the market was poor; -Constantly changing goals and directives (almost weekly) that made it difficult to perform job duties; -Asked to do other teams job because the other team was not performing their job adequately -Incentive pay was low for high goals -was told they expected high turnover for position
