Too many bad management decisions and lack of direction

Great Co-workers, everyone is working hard in difficult circumstances

Cons

Too many bad decisions being made at top level management, staff are being laid off and then as a result others are leaving. There is no clear direction for the company after multiple company acquisitions. Lots of focus on the work shifting to the APAC teams and EU being teams being phased out. Too many top management personnel, less people to actually do the work, then deadlines are not met etc which makes the situation worse. Pay and benefits better outside of the company by quite a considerable amount. I would not advise working for them at this current stage.
