The team is good to work with they are all very close.

Cons

Turn over rate is high. even in development. upper management does not care about you or your career. they will not invent in you they only see you as a body.

Pros

Your co-workers are great and really get through the trenches with you. You have the opportunity to work on a lot of difference projects and experience a lot of unique clients. You also learn to be thorough and efficient in your work.

Cons

This is a very stressful and low paying company in most of the careers. They have a very high turn around and don't seem to mind it. Advancement is very unlikely as there are no upward opportunities and very little lateral options once you become semi-competent in your initial line of work. You are also expected to answer your email/phone at any time, even on days off.
