Pros
They start you off with a very competitive base salary. Overall the employees are very personable, friendly, and easy to get along with. If one department doesn't feel like a fit, HR will work with you to transition to a new department.
Cons
The environment itself is in need of a refresh, and it feels like working inside of a dungeon. Supervisors and managers feel very out of touch with their employees. Employees that are valuable are rarely recognized or rewarded, so there's no incentive.
