Management has no loyalty to staff, they dismiss people with no thought, you always need to watch your back, product is not good and competitors are better suited to fulfill client needs

Lots of resources to understand what the company is aiming to achieve

Cons

Management is awful. Only concerned about how much money they can bring in, no matter the cost of the sales team. Use tactics of tearing down team members and pitting them against each other in order to drive sales. No genuine care for employees well being and only concerned with acquiring small businesses to be able to tout the title of “biggest” court reporting company to investors. Value men over women and punish based off of discriminatory practices.
