Pros

Hybrid Schedule and somewhat flexible schedule

Cons

Low pay for required quotas (which there is no set standard for the quotas at first, but during quarterly reviews, raising quotas to try and offset the billed $ deficiency instead of hiring an appropriate amount of staff), low morale, understaffed for amount of incoming work. No standard operating procedures that are consistent across the different regions. This company is buying out all of the good court reporting firms that actually are great to work for and destroying the onboarded teams. Massive layoffs when companies are acquired but they cannot even handle the current workflow. Health insurance made me cry when it was explained that every expense was full cost until the deductible was met. Yeah
