Lenient about working from home, yearly raises, growing company

Cons

Overloaded with work, lack of good training for new employees which causes a lot of mistakes, too much acquisition of other reporting firms that causes more work overload.

Fresh off of a week of company Summer Camp, a culture-building and employee engagement program, this organization continues to excite me as the industry innovator. Colleagues are collaborative and helpful. Leadership is accessible, focused and driving strategy. Whether an industry veteran or new to the company from another industry, all perspectives are welcomed and included in this growing and thriving organization. While the company is growing, they haven't lost the ability to be inclusive and open minded as it relates to opportunities to improve and build for the future. It is truly a great place to work!

The organization is growing rapidly, so there is opportunity for the organization to evolve and scale as the company continues it's path of rapid growth. Great opportunities for those who wish to be part of a forward-thinking player in the industry.

Work from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week. Teammates were nice and helpful.

Cons

No one is on the same page. Overtime will not be paid if management doesn't think you did enough work. Micro-management. Stressful and training was all over the place.
