Pros

You get to work with some of the smartest and nicest people in the industry! So much to learn and there is always a job to grow into. If you work hard you are always rewarded.

Cons

The company is very big so sometimes it is difficult to keep up with all the acquisitions.

Pros

-Coworkers in my department (Cleveland) are top-notch. There are a few people that make the day needlessly difficult, but you'll have that everywhere. -Free lunches on occasion. -Managers are friendly but with a caveat that you need to stay on their good side. -Decent pay (speaking from a non-court reporting position), benefits (medical/vision/dental, 401k employer contributions, HSA with employer contributions) are better than most places I've worked in the last 10 years. COVID-related Pros -Working from home full-time. -Flexible schedule. -Company initiatives to keep employees engaged and in contact with each other while WFH (contests, online "summer camp", etc.)

Cons

-Pulled this from another review because it's spot on: "Contradictory and halting directives are given to lower level employees by disengaged and unimaginative managers, who actually openly state that revenue is their only concern." -Abhorrent "training" and my work station took nearly the entire first week to set up, so I sat around reading PDF policies and procedures that I later found out were either grossly outdated or not even relevant to the work I would be doing. -Good workers are sometimes fired for no reason other than management being offended or intimidated by employees who ask relevant questions. -Too many acquisitions too quickly and very poorly integrated.
