      Great co-workers who care about clients despite poor work environment

      Cons

      C suite does not listen or value its employees. Very demoralizing place to work. Upper management thinks they know best without having a clue what people's jobs are like.

      The people who work here are friendly.

      Cons

      1. Benefits are extremely high and offer only the bare minimum that the law requires an employer to carry. 2. Extremely low pay with no raises. I've been working here for years and have never gotten a salary increase, nor has any of my co-workers who have also been here for multiple years. 3. No advancement. You are bombarded with new responsibilities and no advancement opportunities. There's no where to go. 4. Leave accrual is a joke. There's honestly so much more cons to write but I believe I've made my point. Run. If you work here currently, I share your pain.
