Big Risk Big Reward

Pros

Good pay with a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Disorganized. Chaotic. At risk of sudden termination from a very toxic work culture that punishes mistakes rather than encourage learning. Very inconsistent with rules/guidelines and will take nonstatutory deductions even after being asked not to. Absolutely no consistency or communication skills with ICs and others.

Toxic work environment

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexibility, has a contractor you can choose when you want to accept a job or not

Cons

The company is very toxic and does not care about the overwork and stress it puts on us . The pay is UNDER $30 per hour and excellence is expected for that rate. THIS COMPANY HAS CHAMPAGNE TASTE BUT BUD LIGHT POCKETS. Veritext expect s absolute perfection with no room for human error without making you feel completely incompetent. This company is not a good fit for anyone who is cares for their mental health.
