Pros

Nice building, good food court, nice snacks ( always had sour patch kids- says alot when that is the positive part of a company)

Cons

Was at company for less than a year. Got out when saw the writing on the wall. Bad mgmt C level, and VP level... Company waited too long to change product, people kept leaving and had a ignored the feedback of the employees No idea how finance team is keeping the doors open Company is a JOKE!

Company is slowly going under

Pros

Not many pros left, good facility, lots of parking, on-site gym (but there is a fee), on-site small cafe.

Cons

Layoffs, several rounds, and many of the staff that were not laid off are looking for other jobs frantically. Things have declined steadily since the CTO and others have left. The atmosphere is pretty dark. Also, engineering is a complete death march now. 50% short staffed on 'sprints' and very, long hours/weekends.

Pros

Great people and good team camaraderie. All departments work very hard; everyone's committed and you can rely on them to give their all. Great opportunity for engineers to get into the booming mobile app industry. Many employees who were hired at entry-level straight out of undergraduate are now in management positions.

Cons

Very long hours, constant deadline pressures. No agile development practices means poor management of engineering tasks. Waterfall development and tough deadlines lead to very buggy, very low-quality software. There are no cutting-edge technologies being pioneered here; as an engineer, it's hard to be challenged other than by deadlines.
