      Pros

      Salary is fair, pays overtime for engineers since Verizon acquisition, expanding, provides some training and funds/reimburses others, good benefits. Work from home days for some employees. Night and weekend work is generally not extensive and apportioned fairly.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, repetitive, and sometimes nontechnical work. Work can vary significantly depending on the client it is being done for.
