Pros

Verizon Connect office in Christchurch was a high energy and results driven environment. A big focus was put on continuous learning/upskilling employees and people would commonly ascend to managerial roles if they so desired and if their talent merited it. The work environment was flexible, and team members were allowed to customize their work experience in ways they felt would make them the most productive. HR regularly provided events that allowed the company to hang out and get to know each other, and there was free breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
