Pros
The pay and benefits are good. You get stock rewards and annual bonuses. There are also competitions throughout the year but only top performers can make money.
Cons
It is a very high stress environment. Our tools often don't work and the expectations are very high. We don't have control over many stats that determine pay and leads to people doing wrong behaviors. Leadership doesn't care and you don't get much support.
