Pros
- Benefits (bonus at 20% for my level, stock, insurance, 6% 401(k) matching, discount on Verizon phone plans and accessories) - People (I really enjoy the people that I work with) - This team is still fairly new; it began in April 2022. - Beautiful campus in Irving, TX
Cons
Forced return to office; my team does not NEED to be in the building to get work done and in fact we get excused from going in when we are really busy. It is noisy in the office and there a ton of distractions, and the internet connection has been spotty. For a telecomm company, you'd think they'd have better tech. Or even just offer 5G Home Internet.
