      1. Good leave policy(41 days/year) 2.Sponsorship for Higher Education 3.Sponsorship for Certifications

      Cons

      1.Used to be a lovely company with good culture. The new experimentation with New Operating Model has caused lot of turbulence for employees in terms of clarity in deliverables,work life balance 2.No Promotions/Recognitions which is causing employee attrition(Verizon never used to be liked this. It is number 8 Company in the Great Place to Work (India) as on 2024)
